The optIgon® is a complete color measuring system for effect surfaces. It facilitates correct appearance communication for antistrophic surfaces that cannot be effectively measured with conventional diffuse reflectance techniques. It establishes numerical data for what you see. The system is applicable for research, style and development studios, and simple enough to operate in routine quality assurance. Elliptical color tolerances are available for each geometric combination. Most any procedure can be programmed and initiated by a few simple key strokes or the click of a mouse. The overall geometric combinations allow true specular, diffuse and off-specular reflectance measurement. Optional geometric combinations are available.
